Do you stage vacant homes or only occupied ones?
Both. For occupied homes we focus on decluttering, editing, and reflow using your furniture. For vacant homes we can prep the space and coordinate with your Realtor on additional staging pieces.
Can you work with my Realtor?
Yes — we coordinate directly with your listing agent on timing, scope, and the photo-ready finish. Many Realtors refer us for turnover cleans plus staging prep.
What's the Clean + Stage bundle?
It's our most popular seller package: a turnover deep clean plus decluttering and staging prep in a single booking. It's faster and more affordable than hiring separate vendors.
How far in advance should I book staging before listing?
Ideally 1–2 weeks before photos and the first showings, so we have time to declutter, clean, and style. Rush options may be available — just ask.
Do you bring staging furniture and decor?
Our core service uses decluttering, editing, and reflow with what you already own. If you need rental furniture or additional decor, we'll coordinate with your Realtor or a rental partner.
