I don't have a password — how do I log in?

The portal uses a secure magic link instead of a password. Click "Log In to Portal," enter the email or phone you booked with, and we'll send a one-time login link straight to your inbox or phone. Tap it and you're in — no password to create or remember.

What can I do in the portal?

You can view upcoming and past appointments, reschedule or cancel a visit, view and pay invoices, save a card for autopay, update your contact and address details, add entry notes or gate codes, and rebook services — all on your schedule.

I'm not a customer yet. Can I log in?

The portal is for existing Eudemonia clients. Not a customer yet? Book your first clean online or request a free quote — once you're booked, your portal access is created automatically.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through our booking platform, Housecall Pro. Your card details are encrypted and tokenized — we never store full card numbers, and you can save a card for convenient autopay or remove it at any time.

My login link isn't working.

For security, magic links expire after a short time. Just request a new one from this page. If you're still having trouble, make sure you're using the same email or phone number you booked with. You can always reach us at clean@eudemoniahome.com or (945) 285-0803.
